About Me

Teaching and Photography have been my two great passions in life.

The workshops I run are an overflow of my many years of teaching and professional photography.

Hey there!

I’m Vicki Hannan, a Sydney based educator and professional photographer.
After 3 decades of teaching, I decided to combine my life long love for education and photography into one.
I’ve always been fascinated by the connection between creativity and well-being. The idea that I could pass on my photography skills as a form of emotional therapy was the spark that motivated me to create the mindful photography workshops I conduct today.
Everyone can benefit from introducing more creativity into everyday life.
It’s why my workshops are designed to be 100% inclusive, whether you’re the CEO of a global giant or a high school student, the lessons I teach you can take with you for life.
In a world where we are constantly over-stimulated, allowing a creative habit into our lives teaches us to be in the moment, to be mindful. This creates a far deeper sense of fulfilment than the fleeting satisfaction we experience with every new Facebook like.
Whether a picture is destined for the fridge or straight for the poolroom, the real lesson I teach in my workshops is how to create your own calm.
Thanks for dropping by my website.
